* $50.00/ 15 minutes beyond

*It has been our experience that most issues can be taken care of within a 30 minute time frame.

Although we maintain best efforts to address your support issues as quickly as possible, immediate support may not always be available. Please note that due to the nature of remote support, clients must provide and authorize payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or ACH Direct Debit prior to support services.

When you become a client with Absolute 0 there are no missed phone calls or unreceived emails. As an initiative to keep in touch with our clients both in and outside of office hours we use Trello. Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what we are working on, who’s working on what, and where something is in a process. Trello allows you the ability to connect with us both in the office as well as on the go with the Trello App (which is available for ISO and Android).

One of the many advantages to Trello is that you are able to set up you own personal boards. Which is a great place to start when it comes to staying on top of personal organization.
