My Projects

The My Projects section shows you the projects that have been added to your account broken down into these categories:

  • Project Name- Name of the project.
  • Date of SOW- Date of when the SOW(statement of work) was created
  • Summary- Summary of work that was requested.
  • Project Status- Shows whether a SOW is active, amended, rejected or completed.
  • View SOW- Here you can view the project overview, view the SOW and add/reply to project notes.

    The Project Overview:
  • Client- Client Name.
  • Project Date- Date project was created.
  • Project Name- Name of the project.
  • Project Summary- Summary of work Requested.
  • Estimated Fees- Estimated cost of work requested.
  • Payment Terms- Terms of payment options.
  • Acceptance Status- Accepted or rejected.
  • Project Status- Active, amended, rejected, or completed.
  • Last Correspondence- Date of last project note activity.
Adding or replying to a project note:

To add or reply to a project note, click on Add/Reply to Project Notes on the bottom left corner of the page. A new window will pop-up where you can enter in the comment that you would like to submit. Once finished click the Update Communication button, the window will automatically close, and the ticket will be added to the comment section and sent via Email to A0.

View Statement of Work(SOW):

To view the statement of work, click on View statement of Work on the bottom left corner of the page. This will bring up the option to either open the file or to save it to your hard drive. Statements of work are in a PDF file format and you must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed to open the file from your hard drive. Most internet browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari have a plug-in installed that allows you to open this file format.
