My Support

In the My Support section you are able to create, track and send support tickets to the Absolute0 staff.

To add a new ticket:
  1. Click on the Add New Ticket button
  2. Give the ticket a subject by summarizing your request.
  3. Select a category that relates to your request.
  4. Add description details of your request.
  5. Select if you need a quote for the work that will be done
  6. Click Add Ticket button that sends email to A0 and adds ticket to your account for tracking purposes.
