Eudora Pro

When first you run Eudora Pro the initial screen you'll see is 'New Account Wizard'.

Click on the 'Next' button to start your setup.

Following Initial Wizard Screen is 'Account Settings'. For this example we used the 'Create a brand new e-mail account' option. Choose which one you'd like to use and click on the 'Next' button.

The 'Personal Information' screen asks for what name you would like to appear in the 'From' field when sending e-mail from you account. Enter the name and move to the next screen.

Your 'Email Address' is the same as your username followed by @[yourdomain.com]. Please be sure to type your e-mail address in lower case before going to the next screen.

Your 'Login Name' is the same as the user name assigned to you when you started your Zoom Cable Internet account. Enter the username in all lower case before continuing on.

The 'Incoming Email Server' for your Zoom account is pop3.[yourdomain.com] and the type of server we use is a POP. The outgoing mail server is smtp.[yourdomain.com]. Again, make sure you type the information in lowercase before continuing on to the next page. Eudora Pro should automatically place it in there, if not, type it in and continue to the next page.

'Success' Congratulations! We're almost to the end of it now. Simply click the finish button and we're almost done.

The 'Eudora Pro' e-mail page is now up in front of you. Click on 'File' in the upper left hand corner then 'Check Mail'.

Now it asks for your 'Password'. Make sure you type it in lowercase then click OK. Send yourself a piece of test e-mail to make sure everything is working good. If it doesn't feel free to call the ABSOLUTE 0 Support Center at 330-721-4600.
